Right from our first strategy session onto engagement then acquisition, we do everything for you to make sure the whole process is as stress free as possible.

  • Search (on market, pre-market & off-market)

  • Inspect and assess suitability

  • Shortlist of prospective properties, provide a comprehensive property report on each property including due diligence

  • Property negotiation & contract terms 

​

  • Arrange and attend pest and building inspection 

​

  • Solicitor/conveyancer liaison

  • Pre-settlement inspection & settlement liaison

INSPECT, NEGOTIATE OR AUCTION

You have the time and enjoy the process of scouring through realestate.com and domain and attending open homes, then you find that prefect property, well this is where we come in, not everyone enjoys negotiating!

Plus, negotiating with no real data can cost you a lot of money.

We remove the stress for you, and once you find that property we will inspect it and provide feedback along with a detailed property report.

We will then engage with the selling agent to ascertain what their selling strategy is for the property, and how motivated the vendors are.

Using all the data we have collected on the property, we will negotiate the absolute best price and terms for you, to secure the property.

AUCTION REPRESENTATION

You have sourced the property that fits into your strategy, and you are satisfied that the property will meet your needs.

You've done all the due diligence and are aware of the auction terms, or alternatively have engaged us to seek extra terms (allowed with vendor discretion).

 

We will take as much stress as possible out of the auction process for you on the day, with the below services.

INCLUSIONS:  

  • Auction day representation, this may include phone bidding if that is suitable

  • Property report and price assessment provided including a pre purchase pest and building report if it is available

  • Bidding strategy meeting prior to auction day

  • Strategy will include purchasing post auction if needed

  • Pre-auction meeting with the sales agent where we will negotiate the bidding terms if needed.

  • Contract review 

  • Pre-settlement inspection (if successful)

We work on a fixed fee service rather than a moving percentage as we believe this is fairest way to do business. Each package price is custom designed to suit each client.
